Following a lot of research, Apple Signs developed a good system to display large, high resolution images in public spaces. This example is the Robbins Brothers jewelry store on the West Loop. The image size is 6’ x 10’, mounted to a thin poly-carbonate sheet. The whole piece is mounted to the wall using brushed stainless stand-off mounts. The effect is a larger than life image that is suspended before the viewer, lightweight yet sturdy enough for the retail environment.
