This Beaumont area multi-tenant center, Riceland – Regents Park I & II, has been a work in progress for some time now. Javed Venture Holdings got this project underway almost two years ago and along the way Apple Signs has built the pylon sign shown here. Recently, we completed some of the last tenant sign panels for both sections. The center has great exposure to Interstate 10 which is the main highway through the city. Apple started in Houston, but we now have projects in many other parts of the state.
