In this industrial district in NW Houston, there are always properties looking for tenants and tenants looking for properties. Ocean Edge Services managed to connect with this opportunity on Breen Road and tagged Apple Signs to handle the new signage. We prepared to remove all of the existing signage while we worked with the client on the sign design and placement of the new, main ID monument. The ID section is internally illuminated with LED lighting and is seen in the photo with the building sign shown in the background. The aluminum building sign was built to be seen, 10’ x 20’ overall, as it sits back over 200’ from the street.
