This company, with locations all over South Texas, is well known to its thousands of residential and commercial clients. So, it was a little surprising that there was no ID sign at the entrance to their Houston operation. Apple Signs was chosen to execute their striking logo in the form of a cut aluminum logo symbol and sign letters on each side of the monument. The background was a naturally oxidized surface, resting on a cream-colored, limestone masonry base. The sign copy, cut from ½” thick aluminum, can be expected to provide maintenance-free service for many years to come. The electric green color in the logo and the underscore combine with the silvery grey sign letters to deliver a unique color contrast that draws the eye of the viewer.
