This subdivision, in the Southwest area, watched their entry sign deteriorate and knew that it was time to take action. The most cost effective solution was to manufacture new faces for the existing structure. Apple Signs made the new faces from MDO with dark green vinyl copy over white, but added some aluminum U-channel around the perimeter and a sealant to prevent water from leaking in around the edges. These new sign faces should give a much longer service life.
