British School Monument
The installation of a stone monument sign for the British School of Houston
was completed just in time for the beginning of classes. Apple Signs worked
with the school from the beginning to choose a design that would best reflect
the image of the school and serve as a ID sign near the school entrance.
The single-faced monument is anchored on concrete footings and is finished
in stone veneer of several earth colors. Apple Signs had their stone mason
engrave the name and logo into the cream color, travertine stone face and filled in the
lettering with black paint. The back and trim of the school’s sign was finished
in a tinted stucco material
